IDEB
The Viper SD4 Air Force Trainer (AFT) was presented at the 7th International Defense and Security Technology Fair IDEB 2018, which took place from 16 to 18 May at the Incheba Expo in Bratislava, Hall B.1. This aircraft, designed for the basic training of military pilots, had its premiere at the fair. It gained the attention of the professional and lay public and was a real revival of the fair. In the LSA (Light Sport Aircraft) category, there is no similar product on the market focused on this type of training.
Experts from the environment of the armed and air forces especially appreciated its excellent equipment and low operating costs, easy service and low consumption. They were also interested in the rescue system for the whole aircraft. They said that this aircraft would certainly be excellent and cost-effective for the purposes of basic training of Air Force pilots.
A significant moment of the IDEB 2018 trade fair was also the award that the Viper SD4 AFT received: the IDEB 2018 Grand Prix Award in the Aviation Technology category. We believe that this important award will also contribute to the connection of the philosophy of this type of aircraft with the intentions and plans of the Air Force.
